Legal Kit for Coaches is a digital product crafted and sold by Houjo SAS, a French company founded by two international lawyers, Dr. Julie Boisard-Pétrissans and Dr. Oriane Giniès.
Having worked in Europe, the UK, and the Middle East for international corporations, Julie and Oriane designed the Legal Kit for Coaches based on their experience with best international practices.
Julie is a Doctor of Law and a French-qualified lawyer. She started her career in London as a lawyer before joining LexisNexis, the world-leading legal information provider. In 2021, she launched Houjo with Oriane.
Oriane is also a Doctor of Law and a successful professional coach (PCC-ICF, trained & certified by Empower World). She specializes in crisis management, burnout prevention, and DISC analysis.
